Custom ordered an F150 from Michael and Dennis - they were excellent through the whole process, which due to Ford's supply chain issues took quite some time. The service I received during my recent visit was great. I had a tedious tire issue which the guys quickly took care of. When I arrived there were several customers waiting in what I would call, a disorganised fashion; to be attended to. Surely, having a team member available to greet customers, answer questions and assist them in getting in front of one of the available customer service guys a quickly as possible might be a step forward here, based on what I witnessed.
