if i could give a zero star rating i would. these people are con artists. they did not maintain the well-being of my vehicle while it was in their care for several months. there are literal rat feces in my are con artists. they did not maintain the well-being of my vehicle while it was in their care for several months. there are literal rat feces in my engine, and they also left parts unattached in my engine bay that should not have even been interacted with in the first place. what should’ve been an easy fix was drawn out for several months and clear communication was nowhere to be found. also, they waited over 3 weeks before offering me a loaner, and the person in charge of loaner contracts could not have been less personable. this was such an inconvenience and a waste of my time. my disappointment knows no bounds. Had an 11 AM appt for an oil change, got there early. They took my car back at 10:50 and I didn’t walk out until 12:40. That’s ridiculous for an oil change. Their word is NOT their bond, and what would have been a 5 Star Review is now not so. After weeks of leaving phone and voicemail messages for Darrell, then some guy named Seth, I was advised that Auto Nation would only pay its "cost" at a 3rd party vendor locksmith business. Its' "cost", per the locksmith, was $269--just about equal to the retail price of a car fob. I rejected the offer and went to Bee's Keys, with whom I have done business for decades, to pay a similar price to an vendor who is worthy of my repeat business. It was such a simple agreement, and so inexpensive to honor, yet Auto Nation Ford Frisco did not do so. I'm out about $300 more than I bargained to pay; Auto Nation Ford Frisco has lost my business in the future. More
I made a service appointment online that was a week out and when I got there they did not have the appointment. I was told I would have to leave my car for probably a week and they did not have a rental av and when I got there they did not have the appointment.
