I had a very low tire pressure with 15 mins til they closed. The wonderful gentleman stayed late and took my car down to get the tire checked out. There was a small nail in the tire. Disappointed at the service department this time. Took too long to get car back. They did not fix all the items I gave them on my list. I get it, times are crazy in this day and age, so we've been patient. But, it's now been 2 months. I called today, left a message... no call. Several hours later, I called again. This time I did speak to someone who again, (like previous conversations) couldn't give me a time frame. I explained that I understand that, but I'd like to get a loaner car... We've been making due for 2 months, we can't do without a car any longer. I was told I was on a wait list for a loaner, but no cars were available. He said I could go through Enterprise Rent a Car at my own expense. I asked to speak to a Service Manager. Waited on hold for 17 minutes to be told the Manager was in a meeting and would call me back when he got out. I never received that call. I explained to the gentleman on the phone that we had been patient for 2 months, this is a Ford Recall issue, I shouldn't be out financially for a temporary vehicle on an issue not of my own fault. Ford is having a production/shipping issue with this part, that's on them, not me. Take whatever time you need to get the part and get the car fixed, I just want a car to drive while that happens. 2 full months is long enough to make due. More
They both went the extra mile on getting my wife's car serviced and repaired. The rear view camera had quit working and they had it replaced by the next day.
