Upon arriving for a check engine issue, my car was immediately checked in, I was given an ETA for when to expect a call back to go over the problem, cost, questions, etc. And just as promised, Sean and the mechanics delivered. I was in and out by 1pm that same day. Ford's team certainly met and exceeded all my expectations. They very much have a customer first attitude. Really appreciate their professionalism!
