Price was excellent. Razzaq followed thru as promised during signing. Max the Finance Manager was a bit of an xxxxxxx , questioning my certified check because it was from In Touch credit union which we had to use because my credit union in is Michigan. Hard to make phone contact, appts to far out. Show up and they find way to sell service and perform?? I tried to make appt foe oil change. They told me 3 weeks. The employees are not the problem, not having enough employees is the problem. The first customer service person told me that I would get an email when to bring in my car for the diagnosis along with t employees is the problem. I bring it on the day mention on the email and i was told by another employee that I had to leave my vehicle there for almost 2 weeks while it wait for a diagnosis test which is insane. I have no other way to work except my vehicle. So I'm trying to see when I can get a week off from work so I would not have to worry about transportation to my job. I will reschedule once I have that figured out. Thanks in advance More
