Had a very bad experience with the service department. I went there for oil change and it took over 4 hours to get the job done and after I received the car and went back home I noticed that the oil chang I went there for oil change and it took over 4 hours to get the job done and after I received the car and went back home I noticed that the oil change label on the windshield shows the wrong mileage for the next oil change and they didn’t top off the fluids. Never going back again for any future repairs :( More
This was the first trip to this dealership that I did not have any problems. Normally, for service they keep my car a lot longer than they need to and the communication is awful. Worst experience ever getting service. Go anywhere else. Went in last night a couple hours before they closed to drop off my truck for an oil change and state inspection. Arrived at dealership the following day at noon to pick my truck up via their shuttle. Stood around for an hour being passed around between advidors. Turns out they didn't even do the inspection which is why I left it there for a day and a half. They said since they replaced the battery it couldn't be done. Makes no sense. They just did the process backwards to screw it all up. Didn't replace my sticker for oil change which makes me think they didn't do the oil change either. Then he tried to charge $265 for the battery when he told me $210 on the phone. Didn't receive receipt because "printer was jammed". Ended up late to my work appts because of all this and didn't even get done what I asked for. Wow. More
Waited the whole day for an oil change and to get my synch fixed. They needed a part for the synch which the never called me about until I got there, than told me my car was ready. Btw my appointment was at 9am and I went there @3 because no one ever called me for a status update. When I go there they told me the car wasn’t ready. It doesn’t take that long for an oil change. Once I got the car they didn’t refill the washer fluid what joke. I c allied the service manager to complain. I think it’s the service tech that rush as well as the advisor that don’t care More

Jeremy took great care of me. There was an issue when I arrived as my original service manager was not available. I paid for a rental for an entire week for my car To not even be touched. & xxxx you jeremy you were so rude on the phone. Who says “how are you? Haha well lets see after this phone call…” Disgustingly rude. More
