AutoNation Ford in Frisco off Hwy 121 IS THE WORST service department I have EVER dealt with. They lie to you and when they tell you they have what they need for a recall, you bring it in as scheduled service department I have EVER dealt with. They lie to you and when they tell you they have what they need for a recall, you bring it in as scheduled and then sat, oh we don't have the part or we don't have a tool to replace that part. They also had to replace a rear seat cover and told me for a year the part was ordered. Come to find out they never even ordered the seat cover. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Very Bad!! More

I mention all 3 because I was so impressed with their teamwork. They really wanted to help me out. This long review boils down to excellence at all levels.
