Worse experience ever! Says we will take care of all your needs. Left my car with service on Wednesday. On Friday after 5pm I have notification on my Ford app car has moved and there are service codes. I see needs. Left my car with service on Wednesday. On Friday after 5pm I have notification on my Ford app car has moved and there are service codes. I see they have driven 5 miles and burned a 1/4 tank of gas. They went out and abused my car. They call me on that next Wednesday, car is ready. Picking up car I asked “what did you find? Did you pull the spark plugs, to see if burning lean or rich. That’s when service guy said “No” we do not have a certified mechanic to do work like that. I was shocked how can you tell the customer that you’re gonna be able to take care of them and their car I’m not even have a certified mechanic. Now every time I drive my car I have the check engine light coming on misfiring po300-po316 also bad catalytic converter po420. So dealership took joy ride and blew out Catalytic converter. Also had them do a front end alignment. They did even put the hub dust covers back on the spindles. Can’t not believe a Ford dealership would treat a long time Ford buyer like this. All I can say is I’ll never do business with this dealership or even Ford motor company again. More
