Not thrilled with customer service. Never introduced herself or gave me her card. After reading my invoice, she didn’t listen to what I actually said, even when I told her again on the phone, which lead herself or gave me her card. He remembered me from a year ago and always provides good conversation and a safe ride back. More

Jose is my advisor and I brought our car in twice to be repaired and each time he fails us. I asked to have the sunroof looked at and he forgot to tell them and then made up some excuse that it would cost repaired and each time he fails us.
