I had my brakes serviced a couple of months ago but recently my check brake fluid light came on. I brought my car back to Steve and he immediately took it into the shop. They found that one of the blee recently my check brake fluid light came on. I brought my car back to Steve and he immediately took it into the shop. They found that one of the bleeder valves on the calipers was a slight bit open, allowing small amounts of brake fluid to leak out. They fixed this issue and double checked the entire system to make sure nothing else was happening. Great attention to detail. More

I live in Arlington, so going to this dealership is quite a trek. Fortunately, it has been worth it. They are super friendly here and go out of their way to welcome me to their dealership. They are also very timely by getting my car finished accurately and quickly. The waiting area is clean and supplied with items to drink. No communication on vehicle. Wasn’t told it would be a 7 day wait to even have it looked at. Was called 3 days after the appointment to say they were keeping it. That was the first time I was told there was any wait. Then was only called back 1 time after 1 week to ask what was happening. I wasn’t called back again, not even once to give me the status. I had to call in 4 times to try to find out what was going on. After a few more days and I had to call the main service phone number to tell them I was coming to get it. Couldnt get ahold of my assigned service rep. They couldn’t replicate the stall, and didn’t get the part for the recall so nothing was done in having the vehicle for 9 days after THEY scheduled the appointment and the specific day for me to bring it in. More
