I scheduled transmission work 10 days in advance. 24 hrs before the appt. they called to say they are 3 days behind. 1 more week needed. After waiting for 1/12 hours for oil change finally wa told they had to order a filter. Service was ok after that but waiting area left a lot to be desired. It was freezing in there.
