So far, our visits have been stellar. Unfortunately, the only draw back we have encountered is with the credit department. Every time they update their system; it wipes our out "automatic payment" which creates an issue. This has happened more than once; and when we try to make our payment with an agent we manage to get someone on the phone who is obviously having a bad day. The confusion of this causes us to hesitate purchasing another Ford. I will admit the Ford Platinum I have has spoiled me when I being to search other vehicle make/models. Happy day to ya'. More
