Had an appointment for an oil change and after waiting one hour and 40 minutes, I asked about the progress. My car had not even been pulled into a service stall and I was told it could be done and ready i one hour and 40 minutes, I asked about the progress. My car had not even been pulled into a service stall and I was told it could be done and ready in thirty minutes. I declined and the service person never apologized or made any comment. He just walked away. Never have I been treated in such a way! Very poor service and I will not return! More

I love everyone at the Bryant Irvin location. They are all so nice but I would not recommend for three reasons. #1: It took 90 minutes for my last appointment. I was first in line for an oil change and tire rotation. I expected 20-30 minutes max. #2: I am having AC issues which are covered under my extended warranty. I can't get an appointment because were 40 people ahead of me who were able to leave their car. Ford is unable to fulfill their commitment in a timely manner. #3: Ever since I purchased the vehicle, one of the tires has always leaked. It has never been fixed. When I ask about the tire after the service is complete I am told that they couldn't find anything. I suppose I'll just keep putting air in my tire every two weeks or so. Yes, I purchased the extended warranty. YES, I purchased tire and wheel coverage. NO, it doesn't seem to matter. More

Auto Nation Fort Worth has always been friendly and professional. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and had to stay at the dealership and wait on my F150. I was told that I’d have to wait professional. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and had to stay at the dealership and wait on my F150. I was told that I’d have to wait for about 2 hours. They were finish and had it back in the drive in a little over an hour. I’ve not run into one unfriendly employee. I plan on continuing using this dealership. More
Our issue took a while to get resolved due to the 4th of July weekend. Our Escape had engine issues and we left the car on June 30, knowing it would be July 5 before it would be looked at. It was not actually looked at until July 7 and we were advised it needed a new engine. We got the car back on July 21, 2 weeks later, which I thought was a bit lengthy. All seems well now. More
