This is the worst Ford service department in the history of ever. I dropped my truck off to get a recall for the backup camera and customer satisfaction program for the tailgate completed. I drove into the service bay at 6:40 PM on Tuesday Dec. 5th, shut off the engine and opened my door waiting for a service advisor. There were three service advisors in their tiny work holes, and I was the only customer in the place. After 5 minutes, with no response from any of the three advisors, I stepped out of my truck and said "Does anybody work here?" The advisor closest to me turned to look at me and I then said "Don't everybody move at once". He came out and asked how he could help me. I told him what I needed, and he passed me off to another advisor. I told this advisor what I was there for, that I had an appointment on Friday Dec. 8th, but I was leaving town, so I wanted to drop my truck off and pick it up when I returned, the following Tuesday. He promptly bragged that he would probably have the work completed the following day, Wednesday Dec. 6th. I told him, I'd be back on Tuesday Dec. 12th. Fast forward to Wednesday Dec. 12th, I went to pick up my truck, told the advisor my name and he said "Looks like we haven't got your truck in to look at it yet". When I reminded him about how he told me he would have the work completed the next day, he said, "I guess we got real busy". I used to buy my filters and other parts at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth, but with such incompetence in the service department, I will now take all of my business to David McDavid Ford. So long, AutoNation. More

Everything was excellent. Jose checked me in and gave me a quote on the work quickly. I bought my 2010 Mustang from this dealer new. Happy to report that with 114,000 miles on it, I haven't had it in the shop except for maintenance in the 14 years I've owned it. This trip to the service department was about the dreaded 'check engine light.' Once diagnosed, the issues were corrected and she runs like a top again. Service people all very nice, very professional, very communicative. My one and only beef is that it took 10 days to perform the repairs. This due entirely to a 7-day backup in the shop when I brought her in. No doubt this is caused by the Ford strike, ongoing supply-chain issues, and maybe even staffing issues (a good mechanic is hard to find these days). But overall I was treated well, and they saved my 14-year-old baby. More
