Auto Nation Ford has the best customer service. I have been to other Ford Dealerships for car repair, but this location has honest workers, quick service, and my trust. The other Ford treated me like I was expendable, a water of their prescious time. They forgot that customer service is key 5o optioning long term customers. I live several miles from the Bryant location, but I don't care. They will continue to get my car, no one else. Ms. Marshall and the team are the best. I'm not going anywhere! More

Overall the service was ok, In my opinion this dealership spends more effort selling vehicles and less effort on the service side. When I dropped the vehicle office to perform a factory recall I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for someone to look at the vehicle. New to Auto Nation. The service advisor at this dealership said they no longer provide loaner cars, and it could be up to 2 hours before the shuttle was available to drop off. One of there employees told me " If you need to be some where on time call an Uber" Ultimately dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday afternoon and picked it up the following Tuesday. More

They correctly diagnosed my car. Communication was okay, but not stellar. Because of that that they said to “just fill out the review when I get it” like that is how I could knock off a diagnostic fee, when it seemed very strange that you could be charged two at all.
