I came in for an oil change. When I got home and looked at my receipt, I was charged for windshield wiper fluid. Had a 9:00 AM appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was told the wait would be 1-2 hours. Arrived just before 9:00, opted to wait for my F-250 to have service. After 4 1/2 hours, finally left rotation. Was told the wait would be 1-2 hours. Arrived just before 9:00, opted to wait for my F-250 to have service. After 4 1/2 hours, finally left at 1:30. Was told many times that it was almost ready. Seems to me that with an appointment they would keep me in the same order that I arrived. Great job of service, just way too long to wait. More
The service Manager made a bad experience into a good one. They need to fine tune their service tech. I had a horrible day with one thing after another going wrong with my car. First was my key fob not working. I took it to another Ford dealership and they replaced my battery. When I got home I tried start wrong with my car. First was my key fob not working. I took it to another Ford dealership and they replaced my battery. When I got home I tried starting my car, but it would not start. Long story-short …basically they put the battery in wrong and that led to my car battery draining because the car wouldn’t turn off all the way. Mike Parker (the service manager) helped me out and turned my horrible day into a great day! I will never go to another Ford company. More
