Blake and the crew did a great job. Dealing with car dealerships is scary but it was not in this instance. The entire experience was pleasant with no back and forth or haggling. Jose did a super job as the service rep. He's always professional and courteous. Provides up to date and timely info. The Truth? I couldn't find a reason to give one star other than they were open and didn't force me to wear a mask. First they called me responding to my online search. The vehicle I was looking for and other than they were open and didn't force me to wear a mask. First they called me responding to my online search. The vehicle I was looking for and the price. I spoke twice on the phone to confirm the car was there and my HOUR DRIVE would be productive and we could test drive and buy it. Got there and no lights were on sales people were standing outside and our first answer was take your phone with you to the bathroom cause it's pitch black, we have no power. And then we were told they cannot find the car, it was loaned out by service and the computers were down and there's no way to know who has it. Oh we were taken out to see an alternative just $10k over my budget, of course my wife fell in love with it, but there was no wiggle room and the manager said there were no incentives. Being close to memorial day. I was not asked if I was a veteran which I am, I asked what he could do for me cause I drove for 1 hour only to find they could do nothing for me regarding the car we came to see. The price anybody would pay is my price he asked why am I more special than others? He said he would knock off $50 from the price of the car way over our budget. So it was a total waste of time, the man in charge seemed to not meet us where we needed to be nor wanted to work with us. Disgusted with Those people. More
