It seemed like it was a problem to do my service so I left. All I wanted was my wheels rotated and a 20,000 mile check up. I was informed that the check up was only visual and they were 2hrs behind. I checked my ford service record on the Ford owner web site and a record was created indicating that my car was in for a steering issue. So the whole experience left me perplexed.
