Took our Ford Expedition in because of a bent wheel. Darla had the new wheel and tire the next day. GOOD job! I had to change out the wheel though. We called the 24 hour service and was told 68 min. This was not a very good visit this time around. Arrived and was asked if I had an appointment, lady that asked just passed me onto the next service agent and then was told to wait as the one assigned to my and was asked if I had an appointment, lady that asked just passed me onto the next service agent and then was told to wait as the one assigned to my appointment was not around. Finally Mike the manager came out to begin the check in process. I waited for two hours for a regular maintenance service. I got up to walk around and noticed my vehicle parked outside the waiting area, I went to ask if my vehicle was ready and the cashier had no idea since the paperwork was had not been brought up yet. She made a phone call to see what service agent had it and finally she was told it was being brought up by the service agent that had my paperwork. He walked in didn’t bother to explain anything to me or ask if I needed anything else. All he was worried about was what was he going to order for lunch. I’m my opinion that is poor customer service and maybe he needs a bit more training in that department. I don’t remember his name but I’m sure they know who he is. I may think twice about going back but this dealership is 10 min from home. Thanks More
