They genuinely listened to my concerns. They ended up not being able to replicate the problem the car was having before, but they also did not charge me for the diagnostic fee because of that as well. Went to AutoNation on Saturday and we bought a 2022 Ford F-150 we were completely satisfied with our sales and finance team. Went in on Monday to drop off some documents and was made an extremely generous F-150 we were completely satisfied with our sales and finance team. Went in on Monday to drop off some documents and was made an extremely generous offer for my 2020 Ford Explorer, I had been thinking of downsizing to an Escape they had the only color I would purchase and since they did not have the right interior, they agreed to change it by (special ordering the right color) I am extremely satisfied with my new 2022 Escape Hybrid. I can't wait to get my interior done. More
