Darla Marshall in service was great and understanding. Ford eco boost engine is junk and now need new engine at $12,000 for a problem that is all over the internet. .Customer s great and understanding. Ford eco boost engine is junk and now need new engine at $12,000 for a problem that is all over the internet. .Customer service for Ford Corporate said they weren't aware of the problem. Darla was great but Ford drags the rating down. Darla would get a 5 but overall experience consists of poor workmanship by Ford Motors. Don't buy a Ford fusion with the eco boost engine. More

Customer service was spot on from the beginning of my first visit there. Service Advisor had met me after arrival and knew who I was and for what needed to be done.
