When I showed up ready to lease with my trade and rebates lined up their management refused to honor the price. Instead, they padded the deal with bogus fees and expected me to just accept it. This wasn’t a misunderstanding it was deliberate. They even admitted they wouldn’t match their own listed price unless I paid more. That’s not negotiation. That’s false advertising. I walked out and filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. If they want to make it right, they know how to reach me. Until then, steer clear unless you enjoy wasting time. More

I started calling at 1.5 months to see if my plates were in and was told no and if my paper plate was to expire to call back and i would be helped. At 2 months I called because numerous times because the paper plate expired and every time was transferred to title department with no answer, i left voicemails each time with no return call. Finally I talked to a manager and he said he would take care of it and would call me back which he never did. I had to go to dmv and buy a 30 day plate for 30 dollars so I wouldn't get pulled over. I have called corporate 2 times, the dealership numerous times and chatted online 2 times and keep getting told I will receive a call back which has never happened. I also have texts with my salesperson addison who has also said she will get a manager to help me and nothing happens. I called again as my 30 day dmv plate is going to expire and I will have to pay another 30 dollars to get yet another one. I was informed that Addison is now a manager and would have to help me and she will call me back which hasn't happened. Also I got a loan for the car which I payed off on 6/10. I need my plates, I cant believe how horrible the customer service has been. I have documented emails,texts, online messages and calls over the last month and would really hate to have to escalate this matter and file a formal complaint with the BBB because nobody will call me or help.
