Customer Service worst compared to other Ford dealerships. We bought a car and brought it home in the evening. Next day, I had to go to work and found out the car was dirty inside, and passeger dealerships. We bought a car and brought it home in the evening. Husband brought back the car few days ago and requested a detailing and change of rim. He went back today but not detailed. A car should be handed over to new owner clean especially if newly bought. Initially upon entering the dealership, I was snubbed by one of the sales people. Then i had a gentlemen with a beard help direct me to my salesman. The whole time that one sales man thay snubbed me kept staring at me and had his nose up like he was better. Later on I went to the finance department for final details. The gentlemen that helped me was good at his job and friendly. Overall I am glad I did not let one employee deter me from buying here. However please let your employees know, folks come from all walks of life. I could come in dressed down just to give you a check from my bank that day. Please don't just cater to whom you think will spend the most money. That won't bring back repeat customers. Like I said, my salesman is the one who saved the day and sold me. More
