We've worked with Alicia in service twice now, she is outstanding. We won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else for service from now on. UNPROFESSIONAL. ....Made appt several days in advance. Went in Friday to check part was available and get "estimate" gor repair for 7:30 am appt on Tuesday. Dropped ....Made appt several days in advance. Went in Friday to check part was available and get "estimate" gor repair for 7:30 am appt on Tuesday. Dropped vehicle off Monday and was told by service advisor would get call regarding quote. Informed him we had an idea of cost at that time as we had already talked with parts department to make sure part was in stock. Did not hear from anything Tuesday. Called several times Wednesday and left messages. Texted to number advisor stated in voice mail. Husband also called and left message. NO response. Called first thing Thursday morning and explained to person answering phone previous days situation. Was sent to voice mail yet again. Drove to dealership and ound out we were still waiting for service advisor to "call with quote" 2 days later. Got quote then and there from someone NOT our service advisor and told them to do the job. Was told it would take 20 minutes if we wanted to wait. Had a few errands to do so said would be back. Went back 3-4 hours later and found out "part had been sold" so vehicle was still not done. AGAIN no phone call advising of situation. Told part was available from another place locally. Did not care where part came from just wanted vehicle back. Now 3 days without a vehicle for a 20 minute repair and not one phone call to inform of situation. EXTREMELY poor and unprofessional service at this dealership. Don't know what the sense is in making an appt if nothing gets done anyway. In the end, we did get our vehicle back and got a bit of a discount for the inconvenience as well as an apology. IF it is necessary to have to use this dealership again, WILL NOT use this same service advisor. More
I was able to drop my car off fine, but communication to get it back was terrible. I left several messages with the person handling my vehicle, over the course of several days, and he never returned my cal get it back was terrible. I called the main office and asked to be routed to someone else who could help me and they would just send me to him again, and he would let it go to voicemail, and of course not return my call. Finally, my husband just went down there, which he said they seemed surprised about. They scrambled and got my car complete and ready for me in 20 minutes. They did however forget to put a panel back on, which was easy to do ourselves, but still... it was their job and it was sloppy. I will say, however, the original problem I took the car there to begin with was indeed fixed. The whole experience was just a frustrating pain. More
