Worst dealership experience I have ever had They lied to me on what needs to be done with my vehicle and I catch them on that And when I went to face him with that he said he is sorry and he got confuse to me on what needs to be done with my vehicle and I catch them on that And when I went to face him with that he said he is sorry and he got confused with some other vehicle what a shame. Service rep was very dishonest stated he called me about an issue with my vehicle but he never did ( and even after I played the voicemail he left me stating my vehicle was ready to pick up still tried to s an issue with my vehicle but he never did ( and even after I played the voicemail he left me stating my vehicle was ready to pick up still tried to say it was my fault) instead I picked up my vehicle just to find a puddle of oil in my garage. Explorer never had any leaks prior to me taking it in and if I would have been informed I would have had it fixed instead this dishonest employee costed me a day out of town and loss of hotel deposit More

Simple oil change took all day, even with an appointment. Left vehicle at dealership over the weekend for a 9am Monday morning appointment to repair 2 minor issues, under warranty. It seems that getting anything approved under my warranty took days to do then wait days to get parts then the mechanic who worked on my vehicle called in sick which I understand but no one else can work on my vehicle?
