It took over 2 weeks to repair a wheel bearing. My service advisor did not keep me updated at all, I had to call over and over and over. It seems that getting anything approved under my warranty took days to do then wait days to get parts then the mechanic who worked on my vehicle called in sick which I understand but no one else can work on my vehicle? Really a bad experiance. More
Alicia is the best Service Advisor I’ve ever had. She’s great at keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. So polite; so professional, so kind. She’s great at keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. So polite; so professional, so kind. More

Good experience and very helpful associate who logically determined what I needed on my routine maintenance based on prior visits and needs of the vehicle. Absolutely the worst service I've ever recieved at this location. I had a really bad experience the first time I took my truck in for warranty work which caused alot of damage/issues with my truck (li this location. I had a really bad experience the first time I took my truck in for warranty work which caused alot of damage/issues with my truck (like the mechanic had a grudge against me) all while having my truck for 18 days. The mechanic, bay coordinator, and Service Manager all got fired. Jackie took over as Service Manager and had their master technician repair my truck back to off the production line quality which helped save a customer. This time I took my truck in for CSP 20M04 to replace 2 broken door lock actuators, and CSP 21M06 for the enhanced tailgate repair. They had my truck for 8 days past my appointment date to do 4hrs worth of repairs, and never even started the work. I was told the parts had to be ordered, and kept getting the "they'll be in tomorrow" excuse anytime I did manage to talk to my service coordinator. Funny, because I called the parts department and gave them my VIN# only to find out they had the parts in stock. To make matters worse, you can never call and talk to your service coordinator or even a real person. You get to leave a voicemail and never receive a return call. If you do manage to talk to a live person, they can't give you an update on your vehicle. Only your service coordinator that never returns your calls can give you an update. Which is unfortunate if you have luck like mine, and get a service coordinator that's never at work. I recieved unsolicited texts and emails from Raquel, who wanted to appraise my truck for a cash offer or trade in value since they saw my truck was in for service. It's amazing that other departments at the dealership know more about the status of my truck in the service department, than anyone who actually works in the service department knows. I finally just gave up and went in on the 8th day past my appointment day (for 4hrs of work) to pick my truck up. I was on crutches because I had just had knee surgery the day after my trucks appointment day. I was the only customer standing in the service department, and my service coordinator Louis Soliz Jr wouldn't even look at or acknowledge me. A helpful valet driver asked me how he could help me and found my keys after about 10mins (with no help from the service coordinator), and brought my truck around for me. To add insult to injury, my truck was covered in 1/8" dirt including the windshield with no wiper marks on it. It looked like they purposely parked it next to a road construction site and just let it sit there for all 8 days. I'd bet it never even got diagnosed. There are lots of Google reviews where people say their vehicle was there for 2 weeks and never got worked on, and that it's impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone or get an update on the status of their vehicle. Autonation sends replies to reviews saying "thank you for bringing this to our attention" and "the General Manager would really like for you to call them so we can try to earn back your trust". Obviously they don't care about customers, because nothing has changed in 100 similar negative reviews! I had a bad enough experience that I filed a formal complaint with Ford Motor Company. I will never set foot at Autonation Ford again, and will do my best to deter potential customers to any other Ford dealership for service. I highly recommend that anyone reading these negative reviews heed the warnings. I sure wish I did! I drive a 2018 Raptor which has been my dream truck for years. If Autonation Ford was my only option to get warranty or repair work done, I'D TRADE IT IN AT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP IN TEXAS! More
