The original service manager that I was scheduled with left after checking me in. Jason was the service manager that checked me out when my service was complete and also who helped me on the phone when I left after checking me in. I’ve been coming to this locations for 20 years, this is the worst services I’ve ever seen. Each time I come there is less people and longer waiting times, this last visit was the end. Dropped off F150 at 1 the worst services I’ve ever seen. Each time I come there is less people and longer waiting times, this last visit was the end. Dropped off F150 at 10:30 am (app time) no one called me all day, I finally called them after 3 try’s getting someone to answer at 4:30 pm to find what the status was. Six hours for an oil change is a bit much I would say. So I won’t be buying another maintenance plan or returning for any service, will try Sames Ford dealer down the street, can’t be any worse you thing. More
Vehicle was towed in on July 3rd, with cracked cylinder head. I diagnosed it myself by looking at dipstick and radiator cap, not rocket science. They called me to say it wouldn't start, engine is hydrolock head. I diagnosed it myself by looking at dipstick and radiator cap, not rocket science. They called me to say it wouldn't start, engine is hydrolocked. They then spun a web of xx to me saying they had to do a leak down test and check for codes. Funny, how do you do a leak down test on a hydrolocked engine? It sat there and wasn't looked at or diagnosed until July 7th. Took 2 business days for parts department and advisor to work up an estimate. Waited about 2 days for Extended warranty company to approve repair. Now its going on 7 days waiting for a new engine. They have to now have parts department call for update on engine ETA? Worst customer service I have ever experienced, service department advisor and manager are rude and condescending, as they wanted to know who diagnosed the car? It's pretty obvious what the problem is if they opened the hood and pulled the cap and oil dipstick. They do not call you, phone calls and voicemail messages are not returned, you have to keep calling them for a status update. As soon as this vehicle is repaired, I am trading it in to a non AutoNation dealership. I have worked in the automotive dealerships for over 25 years and never provided or experienced anything like this before. More

The only complaint I had is that the Service Department didn't contact me once the repair was completed. I had to reach out to them the second business day to see if it was ready. didn't contact me once the repair was completed. I had to reach out to them the second business day to see if it was ready.
