Had an appointment to speak with a service advisor at 9am, arrived 10 min early. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was close to 1pm and after a few phone calls my car wasn’t ready for p 9am, arrived 10 min early. This is the worst place to take my vehicle to an oil change, had I know this was the norm here I would had purchased the oil changes when we purchased our Expedition. Not sure why the executives fix this!! The previous day I walked in and nobody greeted or acted like they cared that a customer was in front of them! More
I have bought over 12 vehicles at AutoNation Chevrolet in Corpus Christi Texas. The parts department is very rude there’s an older man there who completely treated me like I was an idiot and did not have any Corpus Christi Texas. I’m traveling from Missouri, pulling a 5th wheel. Oil changes are important. I deliberately chose a Ford dealership to do the job, so they would be knowledgeable about what to use on my diesel truck. To begin, I made an appointment and still waited over 2 hours for the job to be complete. The service staff took advantage of that time by steadily and consistently trying to up-sell me on everything from tire rotations to radiator flushes. When the job was finally completed, you can imagine my surprise as I observed several things: an off-brand oil filter (I expected Motorcraft), an oil replacement not recommended by Ford for my engine, and a receipt indicating that they put 3 quarts less oil than the engine takes (the dipstick does indicate an appropriate amount of oil has been added, so the service man must have just written it up wrong). The final straw is a window sticker that is ACDelco-from a Ford dealership? So disappointed. I feel ripped off and they succeeded in making me feel as though my truck in in disrepair, when the opposite is true. Every service they recommended has been recently completed, and they could offer no reason or proof why they should be done again. If I weren’t so knowledgeable about my service routine, they could have succeeded in conning me into several unnecessary updates. More

Stick with smaller dealers that stand by their product. Autonation us too big to care. Do not take the extended warranty, it is a total RIP off. They con you and use your fears to sell.you a useless product. Do not take the oil.change package. Everyone else is cheaper, does better work, and does it while.you wait. The have no respect for anyone. The mechanics seem to know less about the car than you do. Sales team in the used side are all white bro types that make sure you know you dont belong there. Very uncomfortable intimidating experience. More

I had to call to find out the status. Only to be told “we could not duplicate it”. I get in the vehicle and leave when it does it immediately. Not to mention they put 49 miles on my truck and gave it back to me with the low fuel light on and “30 miles to empty”. REALLY!!! Unbelievable!! Absolutely no excuse for that. UPDATE. I asked the service adviser to complete a wheeel alignment check for me. Service guy calls and says yep you need an alignment. Right side is “toed “ in. I ask how much. He says normally 129.95. But we have a special for $99. I said no! Took my truck to a reputable shop in Rockport. Tech comes to get me and says “ your alignment is perfect”! I saw the computer screen and it was dead on. WOW. Be very careful if you use this service department !!! Highly Unethical People !!!!! Steer clear of this service department!!! More
If you go in for service beware! I had my Ford Escape in for it's 15,000 mile check-up, oil change & tire rotation. Also had issues with the sync bluetooth. I was quoted a price of $450. When I went to pay it was $512. They charge a misc fee of $50. I asked what that was for. I was told a disposal fee for rags etc. What? I was not told about this ahead of time. That seems excessive at best. I am not happy & probably will not use them again. And we are planning to buy a new truck by the summer. I will take my business elsewhere if this is how Autonation rips their customers off!! More

Service put on new wipers and they were installed incorrectly... ...had to take to another Cadallic dealership to get fixed. They put on invoice my tread on tires were yellow which I purchased new tires 3 months ago and again Cadillac dealership said they were incorrect to measure.. Don't recommend this dealership if your a woman.. they will try to RIP you off!! More
