I purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLC300 and the front tires were down to the wear bar so they replaced them. I scheduled the service work and the car was completed when they said it would be. They have had my son’s car for over a week now and no one has even looked at it or called us! Bought the car broke down 9 days later! I’ve been coming to this locations for 20 years, this is the worst services I’ve ever seen. Each time I come there is less people and longer waiting times, this last visit was the end. Dropped off F150 at 1 the worst services I’ve ever seen. Each time I come there is less people and longer waiting times, this last visit was the end. Dropped off F150 at 10:30 am (app time) no one called me all day, I finally called them after 3 try’s getting someone to answer at 4:30 pm to find what the status was. Six hours for an oil change is a bit much I would say. So I won’t be buying another maintenance plan or returning for any service, will try Sames Ford dealer down the street, can’t be any worse you thing. More
