Had my truck serviced and they rotated my tires but didn’t change the tire pressure. Front tires should of had 60psi and back tires 80psi. When comeing home after service my tire light came on. Made an appointment for an oil change change 9:30 appointment, arrived 9:15, I was told that it would be ready between 1/12 - 2 hours. I returned back around 11:35 and I was told that it was not serv appointment, arrived 9:15, I was told that it would be ready between 1/12 - 2 hours. I returned back around 11:35 and I was told that it was not serviced but they were fixing to get on it and it would take 2 hrs. I just asked for my keys and left to get my vehicle serviced at another business that keeps there appointments. More

My sons mustang went in service shop for warranty work on engine and Dimitri in service shop was exceptional from start to finish. Went way up and above what I think most service advisors would of done. Alwa engine and Dimitri in service shop was exceptional from start to finish.
