First of all, do not try to make an appointment via their website. No matter what type of browser or computer I use, I can never make it to work. I tried to call and set up an appointment that way, however I could never get someone to pick up, it kept on going to voice mail. I was able to get an appointment for Thursday via the web chat option. I told them that I had issues with “left door ajar” message popping up every time I drove over a bump. I also told them that I just had the vehicle inspected and that my brake pads and rotors were worn out, and that the brake pads for left front showed uneven wear. I dropped off the vehicle Wednesday evening. The service advisor pulled the pre-printed paperwork, reviewed it, inspected the vehicle and told me that he will call me with an update Thursday afternoon. So far so good. Thursday was a busy day at the office, and I did not think at all about my vehicle. When I got home my wife asked me what the status was. I told her that I did not hear anything back, which was surprising. So I call the service department and I ended up getting the receptionist’s voice mail. I left a voice mail with my name, phone number and the vehicle information and asked them to call me back. A week later I am still waiting for that phone call back. Friday at lunch I tried again to call and get a status. After 10 phone calls that went to voice mail, I finally got the receptionist. She looked up my information in the system and informed me that there was no entry in my file about the status of my vehicle. She could also not give me any other updates since my service advisor was out to lunch. I called back at 3:45 pm. This time it only took three tries to get a person to pick up. A gentleman picked up, I told him that I wanted an update on my truck. He asked me who my advisor was. I could not remember, so he transferred me to the receptionist. The receptionist looked me up and transferred me back to the same person who picked up the phone. Once he looked up my information, he gave me a quote to fix the door problem. I said, fine, fix it. Then I asked about the brakes. He mumbled that there was nothing in the system, but he will walk back to the shop to talk to the technician and call me back in 20 minutes. This was, again, at 3:45. He called me back at 6:05 pm informing me that the vehicle was ready – the door and rear brakes were done. I asked what about the front brakes? The ones with uneven pads. He replied that the mechanic did not find anything wrong with the front brakes. I asked him to explain why does the vehicle left front vibrates when I hit the brakes and pull slightly to the left? He mumbled back that he is not sure, but could I leave the vehicle for one more day so he can have it checked again in the morning and he will get back to me. Saturday I did not hear back from him. I called his direct line and left a message Saturday about 1:00 pm. I heard back from him Monday, mid morning, that yes, the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced and that the left front pads were uneven. That was stated on the paperwork when I dropped off the vehicle 5 days prior. As a result, what should have taken no more than a day, one day and a half at most, took almost four days to fix. I will never take another vehicle there for repairs. More
