Appointment was set back 3 hours due to advisor not communicating properly with technician. Poor communication and organization. It used to be that you had a service rep that you would deal with and a phone call was promptly returned. Of late, it's become difficult to reach a 'heart beat' and get an appointment set up and you deal w deal with and a phone call was promptly returned.
