Appointment was set back 3 hours due to advisor not communicating properly with technician. Poor communication and organization. Autonation Ford has friendly and courteous staff after I was able to talk to a person. I do have an issue with not receiving a call back about new vehicle sales or scheduling services. It used to be that you had a service rep that you would deal with and a phone call was promptly returned. Of late, it's become difficult to reach a 'heart beat' and get an appointment set up and you deal w deal with and a phone call was promptly returned.
