Service dept straight up lied about performing a safety recall. Said they replaced part, when they did nothing. Very unorganized. Three different occasions scheduled appointment a week or so in advance onl recall. Said they replaced part, when they did nothing. Very unorganized. Three different occasions scheduled appointment a week or so in advance only to take the car in and have it sit there all day and they call at 5pm “oh sorry we don’t have the part”. Went ahead and sold my Ford. Never again. I put Autonation Ford right up there with Autozone. Absolutely no idea what they are doing. Deer in headlights. Will say anything and just make stuff up because they have no idea what they are doing. More

Truck service was efficient and timely. However, when I arrived I stood at the main counter and waited for a service person. I could see they where out checking in other customers so I wait However, when I arrived I stood at the main counter and waited for a service person. I could see they where out checking in other customers so I waited. Finally a man came in and spent five minutes on a computer before even acknowledging me. Then he said I needed to go to the next counter over. There were two women there the whole time that had never acknowledged my presence. If those counters both check in someone, then they could have at anytime asked to see who my appointment was with. I did tell the girl when I left that I had felt that not acknowledging someone when they come in as unprofessional. She did say she was training the other girl. I hope she trains her to be more polite and professional Otherwise truck service was good. More
