Melody,Jennifer, Darrel and Jackie were great to deal with. BUT, Ford communicate is a big FAIL. I could not talk to anyone to get a update on the work being done on my vehicle. The main problem with this visit, is after 3 tire rotations, needed new lug nuts. Ford seems to have gone out of their way to pick the shoddiest lug nuts they could find. Maybe made of biodegradable rotations, needed new lug nuts. Ford seems to have gone out of their way to pick the shoddiest lug nuts they could find. Maybe made of biodegradable plastic. Ford will not take responsibility for their shoddy parts and it is up to the consumer to pay for it. If you intend to Buy new Ford, demand new after market lug nuts, before doling out your money. The best part of visit the shuttle from/to Autonation. Appt. for oil change at 11A.M., finally picked up car at 3.39 P.M. More
