When we bought the vehicle in November, a sensor needed replaced and had been in back order which is understandable with the logistics and supply issues since COVID. But this part had sisterly been in for a good while and we weren't made aware until we brought it in for the stuff month oil change. We scheduled a date to have the sensor installed prior to leaving the service area from the six month oil change only to receive calls from the parts dept demanding we bring the vehicle in for the sensor installation because the party had been there "for a considerable amount of time". We were very happy with our purchase experience and the vehicle in general. It would be great if Sales, Parts and Service departments communicated amongst each other effectively. More
