Each time I take my truck in for service, I feel like I leave with it in better condition than I brought it. I never worry that they haven’t been thorough, and the two women I deal with in service are alwa leave with it in better condition than I brought it. The negative surrounding this experience was a few fold. First, I received no updates unless I called to ask about the status, twice I went a week with no idea what was going on with my car. Secondly, when First, I received no updates unless I called to ask about the status, twice I went a week with no idea what was going on with my car. Secondly, when I was given updates, they were so vague in telling me when parts would arrive, or how much anything would cost, making it hard to plan for the repair at all. My wife and I were left with one vehicle for 3 weeks and when I asked about a loaner vehicle I was told there were none available, but they would get me a rental through my warranty. They never contacted me back about the rental, leaving us with one vehicle. The biggest thing that got me was that after my car being there for 3 weeks, and quite a few new parts being put on, within an hour of being in my car again I had the same noise happening that caused me to bring it in. At this point I’m trying to find a different place to take my vehicle, because of the customer service I received here and the repair that failed to address the issue that brought me in. More
