They said that I had the wrong appointment time then I showed them the e-mail they sent me with the time I was there. But I guess that wasn't good because I had to wait 5 hours. Then I had to bring my car in two days later because my engine light was on so I brought it back in. I asked how long before someone will look at it she told me about 20 or 30 minutes so I waited after two hours sitting with no one telling me anything I went up to the front desk and as my car that is when the lady told it was the 02 sensor that would cost me $730 out the door. Good thing I went to the front desk or I guess I would of waited 2more hours. I think the wait was way to long I was just there two days before. The price I think is way too much. More

I broughr my car in due to losing air from the r front tire. Ms Brandy De La Fuenres was my Service Adviser. She advised the tire had to be replaced due to leaking from the side wall. 8i ask forcmy batter tire. Ms Brandy De La Fuenres was my Service Adviser. She recommended an air fiktercrenewal and the power steering system service. This is my 3rd battery in about 5-6 years. Ms Brandy told me the tire had to be ordered and would be 2-3 hours so I rtook the shuttle home and they packed me uo in a few hours. More
