My 2020 Transit Connect developed an electronic/electrical problem. 6059 miles. Multiple faults displayed on my dash- service advance trac, ABS light , no hill assist, no traction contro electronic/electrical problem. 6059 miles. Multiple faults displayed on my dash- service advance trac, ABS light , no hill assist, no traction control, no cruise control, and the power steering became harder to use. I called and made an appointment . The service adviser ( Melody Olivarez)) took down all the information/faults/lights I told her I seen. The Service Tech Diagnosed the problem as a front wheel speed sensor. After the part was replaced all systems were back to normal, and good as new. Melody text me to keep me informed and updated as of the status of my vehicle. Thank you to Melody and the Service department Tech for expedient repairs. More
