Purchased a 2012 Ford Expedition from salesman Frankie in June of last year. I’m glad I listened to him on getting the extended warranty because motor went out last month and I am now getting a new motor ins June of last year. I’m glad I listened to him on getting the extended warranty because motor went out last month and I am now getting a new motor installed. Just keep your maintenance records, like oil changes. Great work to Jacquelyn for working her mojo on getting the service department to expedite my motor and Frankie at the used sales department. I will definitely recommend people to Autonationfordcorpuschisti and definitely purchase my next vehicle here. By the way they have a nice 2012 jaguar with only 80k miles. NICE. Melody is the intial contact and service rep that handled my car/owner info. SHE IS WORKING SO HARD AND SO GOOD. super sweet. offered water, kept us comfortable.. love her. the mechanice spoke to me twice t my car/owner info. SHE IS WORKING SO HARD AND SO GOOD. super sweet. offered water, kept us comfortable.. love her. the mechanice spoke to me twice to let me know why the wait, waiting on oil, then it was done and waiting on paperwork. super nice. really appraciated. but then after 55 min for car to get "the works" and mechanic has sais car is done, i can actually see it sitting there , waiting for us to go home. or rather get to my dr appt.... i wait another hour... at first it was 30 min. i went to check on whats up, are we ready, i was informed melody was w another client. i went back waited another 15 min.. proceeded back to front and announced, i had to go, i have dr. appt.. see i live w 2 disabilities and while i appear okay(srvice dogs visible) i do carry quiet a bit of silent injury and pain.... after my announcement, i was asked to moved 2 ft over in front of counter crowded next to the line formed.... within 3 min. i assume , a mgr, came to tell me he was getting my paperwork.. then melody appeared along with 2 others in a small box/corner of front of cust service area, behind 5 computer screens they worked for another 15 min atleast while i had to pay, get my ford pass rewards(which had dwindled down to 12$)...(odd, when i purchased the car , the guy said it warranty for 5 years and you should have enough points to get you thru the entire warranty as well further... its been 3 years to the day).. i finally pay 43$ and get my keys.. then i have to wait for my receipt.. another 5 min... now, do i trust ford, would i rather go to ford??? yes but im going to tell you, what i told disney when i retired after 13 years.. YOU ARE TOO BIG FOR YOUR BRITCHES NOW and cant handle it... way too long after mechanic was finished and thats because corporate has given such a giant ball of string for frontline workers to have to un uddle everytime it costs time for the client... and whats th most valuable gift we have... TIME. i hope this message reaches the right people. i hope someone takes it to a high ranking overpaid associate that actually cares and gives the matter the attention.. please check my ford pass rewards and re-evaluate my commitement to your business.... a trade in is around the corner. i would hate to make a choice. thank you byron norton More
