Alicia Gamez has been my Service Advisor for several years. I won't deal with anyone else. My reason has nothing to do with any of the other Service Advisors. Alicia Gamez is everything you want in some years. I won't deal with anyone else. My reason has nothing to do with any of the other Service Advisors. Alicia Gamez is everything you want in someone whose job is to deal with the general public. She listens to you and she maintains a consistent demeanor regardless of the attitude of the customer. Alicia treats every customer as if they are her only customer. She explains everything in a language that is easy to understand and if she doesn't have the answer she doesn't hesitate to get one. This visit to the Service Department was no different. In fact, this visit required a few more complicated challenges then a normal maintenance visit. Alicia was great in addressing them all. In fact, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Donnie in the Service Area. After shelling out 800 bucks, is your engine supposed to be billowing black smoke when you get home from getting "repairs" done at AutoNation Ford? I opened the hood and the first thing I see are visible e be billowing black smoke when you get home from getting "repairs" done at AutoNation Ford? I opened the hood and the first thing I see are visible exposed wires and smoke coming from the area they worked on. Bottom line is they did not fix the problem the vehicle was brought in for and they caused more damage. The service rep was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He lied on multiple occasions during our conversation after I arrived home. Also, he didn't indicate on the invoice under "customer states" what I had told him initially about the issue with the vehicle. He proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for the tow if THEY determined they didn't cause the problem. Who the xxxx else caused the problem? That is laughable and absurd. Taking my car back to this place to fix whatever damage they did would be ridiculous. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle. The incompetence and lack of professionalism here are shocking. More
