I took my car in for new tires and new brakes on both axles. Our service advisor, Alecia, was very nice and helpful, quoted us exactly what we needed done and made sure we had no delays or surprises. The folks in the service department let us know the brakes on our 106k mile vehicle were still fine saving us some needless repairs. They also checked out my wife’s car completely and found the battery may soon be leaving us on the side of the road. I went to parts to get one and install myself, and they didn’t feel comfortable selling me the one on the shelf because it was “too old”, so they got me another another one within the hour. It was nice working with people that want to do right by their customers. And the price for the tires and battery were the same or less than the major discount installers and stores. More

Very poor service. It took more than 15 minutes to check me in. At that time there were 5 other people waiting behind me. I was the first to get there. Nobody contact me to inform me if my car was ready. I called late in the afternoon. No one answered the phone in the service department. After 30 minutes, I called the sales department. They placed me on hold for anther 15 minutes. At that time I ended the call without speaking to anyone. At that point I was concerned because I did not have a way to get to the dealership. I kept call for anther extended amount of time untill I was able to speak to a representative. Bd service. The ride home was Reagan. He was very good. The ride from my house to the dealership was someone else. He used to may cuss words. And the driving felt unsafe. More
I have had my 2018 F150 serviced at Autonation Ford since I bought it. Always professional and quality work. This last time was no exception except they got me in at the last minute. I have never had to work so hard to get service from a service department. My car was taken in on August 30th at that time, there was a Ford Recall on my transmission. I was told it would be two to three service department. My car was taken in on August 30th at that time, there was a Ford Recall on my transmission. I was told it would be two to three days to hear back. After 7 days I sent a text, after not hearing for 12 days I sent a text, then and email, than a phone call after 14 days I received and received an estimate. I asked how much would be covered under the recall. I was told I will get back with you tomorrow. After 7 more days I texted and called received no response. I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to the voice mail of the service coordinator I had not heard back from. When I did receive a call back there was no apology for ignoring me, there was no explanation of time expiation of time. I received a text after an additional 14 days saying your car will be ready tomorrow. I replied about the total amount due and was ignored, then a text saying sorry the next day, then a phone call saying nope sorry tomorrow, then no Monday. I finally received a call at 5 pm on October 24th 8 weeks in that my car was ready. I have no idea about there sales but if the service is any indication. I would say unless you absolutely MUST go here than stay away. More
Patrick was great! we were from out of town and blew a rear seal. Third time I have paid to fix this, first time at Ford. I was advised this is a dealer fix issue so far no problems. If I had more than 10 days in town I would have let them fix the steering wheel bearing and an oil a fuel filter change.
