I have purchased a few vehicles from Autonation with no issues. I was treated with disrespect from service rep. I tried contacting general manager left a message never got a response back. After finally getting into contact with Jackie. I finally felt like someone in your organization cared. She took care of me which is all i ever wanted. My vehicle was extremely dirty after getting it back after 73 days. My health during this time took a nose dive i had a quadruple bypass surgery on my heart. I had to leave my wife stranded for 3 weeks so i could take her vehicle to work. I was never offered any kind of loaner vehicle or any kind of communication during entire endeaver. Only after several attempts by myself did i finally get some attention. I hope in the future things improve for this is no way to treat a loyal customer.
