A lug nut was broken while changing my tires. I was surprised they didn't have those in stock or readily available in town and thus it took several days to service. However, they were very gracious and gave me a loaner car. I was also thankful that they took time to explain what some of the routine maintenance items entailed. Thank you Ford! More

There are people in the office but they are just walking around and don't seem to be doing anything. There's usually just one person to help any customers whether they are walk-ins or have appointments. There's no accountability when you leave your vehicle here for service. No one will call you to give you an update and when you call to check, no one seems to know what's going on. More
This is a review if the service department only. The service department front counter of this dealership is a joke and is the reason I will never go back to this place. My very first experience sho The service department front counter of this dealership is a joke and is the reason I will never go back to this place. My very first experience should have been the clue. I waited patiently for well over 10 minutes in the service department as 1 of 2 people there with at least 5 staff members glued to their computer screens before I got a "I will be right with you" from a lady who promptly disappeared and never saw again. Another almost 1p minutes goes by and I got a reluctant "have you been helped" by a person that was sitting there the whole time. I get ushered to a different rep other then the one who asked and make an appointment to drop off my truck for warranty diagnostic work. Appointment day comes and I'm 2 minutes late to my 10:30, but that didn't seem to matter because after over 10 minutes of being ignored by an entire team of people yet again (along with 2 other customers). Finally get asked "what are you here for?" And I state "I have an appointment that I setup in person 5 days prior". I'm told I don't have an appointment in the system and I show them the business card of the guy who put it in which was grabbed out of my hand and never seen again by me. I et written uo for a new appointment right then and get asked of they could keep the truck overnight to finish diagnostics. I agree and get a ride back to work from a friend. Next day I inquire via phone on the status of my truck in the afternoon. I get hung up on twice during a "transfer" the 3rd time I'm sent to a line that doesn't pick up, and finally when I do get someone in service to give me an update it's super vague. It went along the lines of "it's not finished, but let me check to see if a technician has it". I think to myself how can a name brand dealership not be able to track customers cars that are going through service, and at the same I assume it's a lie to keep me from looking too deep into why it's not done. Well that person puts me on hold to "go check to see if a technician has my truck in the bays" I never hear from him again. Somebody else picks me off hold and asks what I need. I go over it again and again I get the response "a technician may have it in a bay" which I cut off and state no they don't. I have fordpass and have been watching my truck's GPS location randomly. It hadn't moved from the back parking lot where it was out the day prior so nobody has touched it and it wasn't in a bay. I request to not pull it in in an attempt to make it seem they had done something and I would be there in 15 minutes to pick it up. I was told it would be ready for me when I got there. 15 minutes later I show up. Only 1 service rep is at a desk, but this is the fastest I ever get an acknowledgement of my existence in those world (took 5 minutes or so). I explain "im here to pick up my truck because you all couldn't find time in 2 days to touch my truck on an appointment I setup a week prior" to which I got a defensive "it wasn't me". Finally pulls up my info and says another rep will be up to help get my truck. About 30 minutes later I finally get my truck back. I would have been fine with leaving it another day to diagnose the 2 small issues, but the extreme lack of customer service made me feel like I shouldn't trust this dealership with something as simple as making toast. Going to try again at the only other ford dealership in corpus christi. It's a little further away, but unlike this place doesn't already have review like what I'm leaving now. More
Terrible customer service, in my opinion they are crooks. I had to pick up my truck and take to another dealership as they were trying to make me pay out of pocket for service, which was covered under warran I had to pick up my truck and take to another dealership as they were trying to make me pay out of pocket for service, which was covered under warranty. They also were unable to diagnose the problem after disassembling the original suspected problem. They were literally just chasing possibilities. They also work on commission. They tried to tell me originally that my truck was out of 16 quarts of oil! They told my insurance company this, so they denied my tow claims. AutoNation Ford discovered that my truck not only had oil, it had ALL 16 quarts. The insurance company was appalled at their inability to provide adequate information for the original claim, making the insurance company open a NEW claim and they had to reissue all new paperwork! Very unprofessional. However, the dealership I purchased it from in Hobbs pulled the computer codes off of MY truck remotely and knew exactly where the problem was and my truck was still sitting in Corpus Christi. They did not put my truck back together as they said they would. Gave no assistance in loading my truck which was a 2022 F250. So I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be filling a complaint with Ford Motor Company. The service side of the dealership is horrible crooks who do NOT want to honor warranty for a $80k vehicle! More
