We had an appointment of 7am for our Ford Fusion. Told them what it needed, declined the diagnostic test, we only wanted the oil pressure sensor replaced. We already knew it was the oil pressure sensor causing the issue. Dropped the car off and left. At 2:30pm, I finally got through to so.one after 8 + minutes of waiting ( they need to answer thr main number phone) and I was told the tech had it in a bay working on it right then. At 5pm, we get a text from Robert that the car is still being worked on, and they will need a second day. I immediately. responded back asking what was going on. All we wanted was the oil pressure sensor replaced. That was it. Robert responded at 6pm saying they were waiting on the tech. So for now we are in limbo with a job that should not have taken more than an hour, and you feel like a hostage to Auto Nations lack of care or timely repair. I know its not anything to do with Robert and the waiting for this to be fixed. He did his job just fine. The 'tech' seems to be the issue. A true WTH. More

As for service, If you buy your vehicle from them I'd think you'll have a better experience just getting you oil changed. If you don't buy from them don't bother. They don't care to help in any way. Cold, unwelcoming. Showed zero willingness to help when I explained my family was stranded in Corpus from Houston. Gouged my on parts prices by 300%. Then they overlapped on service. When you replace a thermostat, you replace the gasket but you can’t charge for labor hours for both. At least when I was a Ford tech, I never pulled that kind of stunt. Worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. I worked for 2 dealers as a tech for 6 years. Franchise auto dealers were my advertising clients for 10+ years. I’ve never heard of anyone being done this way or service advisers that seemed to know less about the parts and repair process. Tried to charge me $1800, should’ve been $1100-1200, ended up paying almost $1400 for radiator hoses and a thermostat. Unbelievable ripoff. More

Yes, I was literally the first person on the schedule for the day and it still took 3 hrs to change my oil and rotate my tires and change my cabin air filter. Then when I went to leave, the tech obviously de the day and it still took 3 hrs to change my oil and rotate my tires and change my cabin air filter. Then when I went to leave, the tech obviously decided that it was to much trouble to raise the seat back of my passenger seat back to the upright position so I had to do it before I left. The customer service was ok, understand the fact that my service writer had only been there 4 days, but to listen to the way the other writers mainly the one on the end talk to customer's made me not want to do business there. He treated the customer rudely, believe his name was vic. Trying to charge me 250 to put the my truck into tpms learning mode to just attempt to see if it would wake up the sensors was a joke and kinda pissed me off being how it should have been done when the tires were rotated anyway but wasn't, and know all of a sudden when I left, I have another sendor not working. Overall my experience with the service department is very below average. More
