I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all! ! Stay away and avoid the lies and headaches of the after process I bought a used 2019 Ram 2500 and had some leather and a remote start added to th ! Well it’s been 3 weeks and no update as to when either will happen. I call parts and they say no leather has been ordered and I keep hearing it’s been ordered yet parts is the one who orders it. I’ve purchased over 13 cars in the last 15 years and added leather to at least 4 maybe 5 of them and it’s always been a super smooth and fast process within a week maybe a week and a day or two. BUT NOT HERE! I can’t even get answer or call back and I’ve called every single day for 3 weeks twice a day to be sent to the managers voicemail and NO return call. This is unacceptable customer service and a horrible experience and I expected better from a Automation store. Not only that but I was promised they would fix the backup camera as it didn’t work and now they have the service manager lying to me telling that a $86 wiring harness will cost $5500 to buy and fix which is a blatant lie. I literally work on cars and build race cars and have been doing so for almost my entire life and can see why people hate their service department. The part cost me $86 plus shipping and works perfectly fine now and saved me a amazingly $5500 lie and headache, I hate being lied to over $100 and that is shady practices. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW BAD THEY MUST LIE TO OTHERS WHO DONT WORK ON CARs OR AREN'T FAMILIAR WITH PARTS. I literally googles the hardness and it was the first one that popped up-ridiculous! not only that but they didn’t completely pay off my trade in loan, I had to pay out of my pocket $48 bucks 3 weeks later to avoid it hitting my credit. I would highly recommend staying away and choose another store. It’s not worth the run around and or headache and waiting game when you’ve spent $40,000 plus dollars More

They have had my son’s car for over a week now and no one has even looked at it or called us! Bought the car broke down 9 days later! Don’t expect Auto Nation to sell you a good car or work on what they pass has even looked at it or called us! Bought the car broke down 9 days later!
