Alicia is the most competent, calm, and clear rep I've dealt with. All have been good. Service is excellent. I had to dump a lot of money on my truck, and there were no extras or sort of's on the list of dealt with. All have been good. Service is excellent. I had to dump a lot of money on my truck, and there were no extras or sort of's on the list of things that needed attention. I really appreciated that. Everything listed was a repair or replacement that needed to happen. When I balked at the price, rather than getting frustrated or short, Alicia slowed down and listened and we talked everything through. I was respected rather than dismissed or blown off. I had a great experience buying a vehicle at this dealership. Everyone was very up front and there was none of that back and forth with the sales manager that can take hours just to get pricing. They said, "Here's what we can do with your trade and financing." I made a couple of requests for the deal and it was done. They don't charge for anything that is NOT in the price of the vehicle.
