Made an appointment for an oil change change 9:30 appointment, arrived 9:15, I was told that it would be ready between 1/12 - 2 hours. I returned back around 11:35 and I was told that it was not serv appointment, arrived 9:15, I was told that it would be ready between 1/12 - 2 hours. I returned back around 11:35 and I was told that it was not serviced but they were fixing to get on it and it would take 2 hrs. I just asked for my keys and left to get my vehicle serviced at another business that keeps there appointments. More

My service advisor was Mr. Chris Coates. While my vehicle was being serviced it was noted there was an issue with the airbag. My sons mustang went in service shop for warranty work on engine and Dimitri in service shop was exceptional from start to finish.
