The purchase went like clockwork. We wanted X vehicle had X vehicle to trade and $ amount to spend. It was ordered and we picked it up a month or two later. You know you have to wait, these days. Rey Canales has been excellent with his responses to my issues that include puzzling technology problems. While I have not completed all that needs attention, Rey has been communicating with me about sched issues that include puzzling technology problems. While I have not completed all that needs attention, Rey has been communicating with me about scheduling additional appointments to get the problems resolved. There has been some questions about the warranty, but thus far I feel that Rey has been helpful in that area as well. Patrick Conroy has also been helpful on the one day that Rey was on a day off. I am hopeful that we continue down this positive path. More

Staff was the most unfriendly of any dealership I’ve been to and I am a loyal Ford customer. Took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Half way home got my air pressure warning be to and I am a loyal Ford customer. Took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Half way home got my air pressure warning because they rotated tires and didn’t bother to put tires at correct air pressure. Terrible experience. I will not be going back to Autonation Corpus Christi. More
