I’ve tried contacting your GM Zeke Perez on multiple occasions, over the course of 3 weeks. I have both his cell and desk numbers. I have left multiple voicemail messages explaining my issue. He has my number. I’ve given it to him no less than 5 times and have corresponded with him through email, as well. So, am I to understand that it is my ongoing responsibility to continue to attempt contact with GM Zeke Perez? How about just simply a return of my last 10 phone calls? By your response, it’s clear you either didn’t read my complaint, or this is a bot response. Additionally, the number you provided in your response is the general phone number to the dealership, not to GM Zeke Perez. You aren’t interested in helping with my problem. You want it to appear as if you care and want to help. If someone cared, you would call people back.
