Autonation has done their absolutely due diligence to make things right for my purchase. Highly recommended for integrity and overall customer service. make things right for my purchase. Highly recommended for integrity and overall customer service. More
Very minimal waiting & everyone is friendly. There is always a level of assurance that good care & attention to your vehicle needs will be delivered. always a level of assurance that good care & attention to your vehicle needs will be delivered. More
Abysmal customer service. Purchased an extended warranty for a used vehicle through them and sold the vehicle this past July. Canceled said extended warranty and was told I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for for a used vehicle through them and sold the vehicle this past July. Canceled said extended warranty and was told I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for my prorated refund. It’s now going on 9 weeks and the GM Zeke Perez, Jacob Breedlove, and the entire finance department won’t return my calls after repeated voicemails and texts left by me for the past 2 weeks simply wanting an explanation as to where exactly my refund check is. Bottom line is they’ll sell you a warranty and use terms like “you can cancel any time”, but they aren’t in the business of canceling. I went in person and they left me sitting in the lobby for an hour before the receptionist was tasked with telling me I’d have to come back and meet with someone from finance another time because he had “just taken another customer” in his office. This of course was someone purchasing a car, which means my problem didn’t matter even though I was “next”. Mind you, I was only there to drop off the necessary paperwork (odometer statement) to complete my warranty cancellation. I’ve experienced bad customer service in my life, but the Autonation family of Corpus Christi is the absolute worst. If you buy from these guys, I’d skip the warranty. They’ll take your money, but they won’t honor their contractual obligation of “cancel any time.” You will never see another penny from me again. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Autonation (2019 Toyota Tundra and 2017 GMC Yukon XL Denali) and they’ve both been terrible experiences. Their service might even be worse than their finance department. I drive to Neesen Chevrolet in Kingsville now to get my Yukon serviced. It is that bad. Words do not do justice to how terrible this company is. More
Service member was Alicia. Very friendly. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had forgotten to ask to have my sunroof looked at. They fixed it for me that day. car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had forgotten to ask to have my sunroof looked at. They fixed it for me that day. More
The salesman, Jose Singleterrry, was very polite, attentive and accommodating. He wasn't pushy at all, but was attentive to your needs and concerns. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but not attentive and accommodating. He wasn't pushy at all, but was attentive to your needs and concerns. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but not overbearing. Not once did I feel like he absolutely wanted you to buy the vehicle unless it was something I was ready for. He did a very good job of building the initial connection and building a quick relationship. He knows to listen more than talk, which is actually a better attribute for a salesman in my opinion. More
Had my truck serviced and they rotated my tires but didn’t change the tire pressure. Front tires should of had 60psi and back tires 80psi. When comeing home after service my tire light came on.
