It used to be that you had a service rep that you would deal with and a phone call was promptly returned. Of late, it's become difficult to reach a 'heart beat' and get an appointment set up and you deal w deal with and a phone call was promptly returned. I was looking for a gently used 2020 Expedition for the wife so I called the sales Rep that I bought my new truck several months back, He did a good job finding the vehicle getting it shipped and getting i wife so I called the sales Rep that I bought my new truck several months back, He did a good job finding the vehicle getting it shipped and getting it all cleaned up but he failed to mention it only had one key until all the paperwork was done and I ask for the second key. He said I will see what I can do. After this I only heard from him when I called him (if he would answer). 2 weeks later still no key but he did answer my last call and told me they wont provide me another key but will sell me a new one. The customer service was great but there is always a catch on their Extended warranty. The Manufacturer warranty was up but the one item that my F250 needed was not covered. I was gracious to save them catch on their Extended warranty. The Manufacturer warranty was up but the one item that my F250 needed was not covered. I was gracious to save them money for the carpet and just let them shampoo the carpet. They could not cover a elbow that didn’t even come with A/C system the truck. Ford would not cover or the AutoNation Extended warranty didn’t. There is a big disconnect with this whole situation to take care of me as a AutoNation Customer. I bought this Truck New but feel like I bought it Used. Poor warranty Service. More
