I received several mailings and texts regarding the recall repair needed for my vehicle. I called 4 times over the past year to schedule an appointment. The first time I was told that the parts were not available and to call back next month. The second time I was told that parts were not available but they would call me when they were. The next two times I was passed to an answering machine promising a call back. I was never called back. Finally decided to stop by in person. As soon as I walked in, Patrick asked how he could help, checked on parts availability and then scheduled my repair for the following week. When I came back for repairs, Patrick got me checked in and then called later in the day to let me know it was ready. Although I was not impressed with trying to call in for an appointment, when I stopped by in person, Patrick provided excellent service. More

Once the problem was figured out and the correct part was ordered, the service department, Cole, and the general manager made sure my vehicle was fixed correctly and in a timely fashion.
